Cement sprayer machine operation guide
1. Before starting each shift, press the hand oil pump several times to inject oil into the transmission part.
2. After turning on the power, first electric the main motor to check whether the rubber screw rotation direction is consistent. If not, the power phase wire must be changed (this check must be performed every time the power is reconnected).
3. Connect the delivery hose and nozzle, add 5L of clear water to the hopper, start the motor to pump the clear water out, moisten the hopper, pump body and delivery hose, and stop after pumping out most of the water.
4. Add putty or paint into the hopper to start spraying (should start the air compressor and open the air valve).
5. It is strictly forbidden to run idling when there is no material or water in the hopper.
6. After the work is finished, drain the remaining material in the hopper, and pour enough clean water into the hopper, clean the hopper, and start the pump, clean the hose and nozzle, until the pump is all clean water, so as to avoid the remaining material in the hose. Solidification, blocking the hose and nozzle.
7. If the shutdown time is too long, wipe the cement sprayer machine clean and remove the booster screw. After applying oil, keep it in a safe place and reinstall it when using it.
8. When the pumping pressure is insufficient during work, the booster stator bolt can be adjusted or the booster rubber sleeve and the booster worm can be replaced.
9. Before spraying, the sprayed area should be infiltrated with water; when spraying, the nozzle should be as vertical as possible to the sprayed surface (the distance can be adjusted according to the spraying effect) layered and evenly sprayed, and coordinated with the flattening process. If the wall is too dry or the time after spraying is too long, it will seriously affect the flattening effect, and the process must be changed.
10. Fill the hopper evenly without interruption. When the conveying screw rotates, it is strictly forbidden to stir in the hopper with a stick to prevent injury.
11. Once the shotcrete delivery pipe is blocked, switch the switch to the manual position, only turn on the compressor, remove the quick connector in front of the pump head, and then block the nozzle downwards, and the wind pressure will generate reverse pressure, and the delivery pipe will be left with slurry. Blow out, install the quick connector, and start to work normally.
12. When operating the cement plaster spray machine, you should wear safety helmets, protective glasses, protective clothing and other protective equipment.
13. The pressurized rubber sleeve and the pressurized screw are vulnerable parts. In order to extend the service life, the pressurized stator bolts are in a loose state during the first use. When the pressure is reduced and the flow is significantly reduced, adjust the press bolts to make them In normal working condition.
