The operation method of small vibrating road roller
1. During operation, the vibrating road roller machine should start before it starts to vibrate. The internal combustion engine should be set to medium speed first, and then adjusted to high speed.
2. The engine should be stopped first when shifting and reversing, and the speed of the internal combustion engine should be reduced when shifting.
3. It is strictly forbidden for the roller to vibrate on solid ground.
4. When rolling a soft roadbed, first roll it 1 to 2 times without vibration, and then vibrate it.
5. When rolling, the vibration frequency should be consistent. For the adjustable vibration road roller machine, the vibration frequency should be adjusted first before an operation, and the vibration frequency should not be adjusted without starting vibration.
6. The adjustment of the reversing clutch, shock clutch, and brake should be carried out after the main clutch is disengaged.
7. When going up or downhill, fast gears are not allowed. In sharp turns, including articulated vibration road roller machines when rolling in small turns, it is strictly prohibited to use fast gears.
8. The roller compactor must not engage with vibration when driving at high speed.
9. When stopping, stop the vibration first, then put the reversing mechanism in the middle position, place the transmission in neutral, pull up the hand brake lever, and the internal combustion engine will turn off after idling for a few minutes.
Tips for using a vibratory roller compactor
1. When changing the driving speed, the main clutch or the reversing clutch must be disconnected before the shifting handle can be shifted.
2. When the roller compactor changes the direction of travel, the reversing handle must first be moved from the forward (reverse) position to the neutral position, and then the handle shall be moved to the backward (forward) position after the roller has stopped. Do not pull it in place at one time to avoid damage to the parts due to sudden change of driving direction.
3. During the operation of the roller compactor, if the reversing clutch or the starting clutch is found to be slipping, stop immediately and disconnect the main clutch; the reversing clutch or the starting clutch must be checked, adjusted, and trouble-free. Do not increase the throttle and try to drive with high speed and high power, otherwise, the clutch disc will be burnt.
4. When compacting loose materials, they should be vibrated and rolled after 1 to 2 times of static compaction.
5. The start or stop vibration of the road roller machine should be carried out during operation to avoid damage to the road surface. It is strictly forbidden to start vibrating on hard roads to avoid damage to the vibration damping device or other parts.
6. High-speed gear can be used when making short-distance transitions on flat roads, but if the distance is longer, other means of transportation must be used.
7. When going up or downhill, you should change the low-speed gear in advance, and it is forbidden to go up or downhill at high speed.
8. It is forbidden to operate the vibrating device during the high-speed rolling operation.
