1. Confirm the coating

2. Adjust paint viscosity

Stir the paint thoroughly and measure the viscosity of the paint. If the viscosity is too high, add a thinner to adjust the viscosity to a proper viscosity.

1. Installation

Install and connect the parts and auxiliary accessories of the prepared concrete mortar spraying machine correctly.

2. Check

After the cement mortar spraying machine is installed and connected, it is ready to be sprayed. Before spraying, check whether the power source is operating normally, and then suck in the paint, check whether the high-pressure paint cylinder is pressurized properly, whether the conveying hose is leaking, and whether the connection between the accessories is tight. Whether the spray gun and filter are clogged, etc. Find faults and eliminate them in time.

3. Control of painting environmental conditions

Measure the temperature and humidity of the spraying environment, and meet the coating conditions, and the coating operation can be carried out. The outdoor painting should also consider weather factors. During a period of time from spraying to drying of the coating surface, rain and weather with high wind speed and heavy sand should be avoided.

Matters needing attention in cement sprayer machine work

The cement sprayer machine is mainly a problem of the operation and use of the spray gun. Improper use of the spray gun will cause coating defects. The coating defects are mainly manifested in three aspects: First, the coating is uneven, which is mainly manifested as stubble marks, The color of the coating is inconsistent, and the smoothness of the coating is poor. Second, the coating is too thick, which is mainly manifested by the phenomenon of sagging, the surface of the coating is dry and the deep layer does not dry, and the phenomenon of coating skinning occurs. Third, the coating is too thin; the main manifestation is that the coating cannot reach the required thickness after the conventional spraying passes.

The operation and use of the spray gun mainly pay attention to three problems

1. Gun distance

The distance between the nozzle of the cement mortar spraying machine and the surface to be coated is called the gun pitch, and the gun pitch is preferably 300~400mm. If the gun distance is too small, the spraying pressure is too large, and the recoil force is also large, and the coating is prone to unevenness, and the spray width (fan width) is small so that the coated object is locally sprayed with too much material and the coating film is too thick. If the gun distance is too large, the spraying pressure loss is large, the paint is easy to be lost, and the spray range is too large, so that the partial spray material of the coated object is too small, and the coating film cannot meet the thickness requirements.

2. The angle of spraying fan

The spraying fan and the surface of the object to be coated should be perpendicular to each other. When manually operating the spray gun, pay attention to the width of each spraying should not be too large, otherwise, the inconvenience of the operation will cause the angle of the spraying fan to change significantly, resulting in an uneven coating.

3. Running direction and speed of spray gun

The running direction of the spray gun must always be parallel to the surface of the object to be coated and perpendicular to the spray fan surface to ensure the uniformity of the coating. The running speed of the spray gun should be stable, preferably 300~400mm/s. Unsteady running speed, uneven coating thickness, too fast running speed, too thin coating, too slow coating too thick.
